2. Scheduling and Preparation: We set up the cleaning at a convenient date for the customer. On the day of the service, we set up our industrial-strength washer and a 21-inch flat surface cleaner to deliver effective results.

3. Commercial Pressure Washing: Using our powerful equipment, we began the cleaning process. The advanced cleaner effectively cut through the dirt and removed approximately 95% of the black lichen staining, restoring much of the patio’s original appearance.

4. Application of Soft Wash Solution: After the first stage of cleaning, we applied a specialized solution designed to break the cycle of organic growth. This crucial step prevents the rapid return of lichen, ensuring a cleaner look over time.

5. Final Inspection and Customer Sign-Off: Upon wrapping up the service, we encouraged the customer to check the patio. They were extremely satisfied with the results and did not see any issues. The customer approved the results, expressing their delight with the transformation.

6. Annual Maintenance Plan: Thrilled with the results, the customer requested an annual maintenance service. We agreed to return annually to reapply the soft wash solution, maintaining the patio’s pristine condition.
