5. Final Inspection and Customer Sign-Off: Upon wrapping up the service, we asked the customer to check the patio. They were thrilled with the results and did not see any issues. The customer gave us the go-ahead, sharing their happiness with the results.

6. Annual Maintenance Plan: Thrilled with the results, the customer asked for an annual maintenance service. We planned to revisit annually to redo the cleaning, preserving the patio’s beautiful look.
