4. Application of Soft Wash Solution: After the first stage of cleaning, we applied a soft wash solution designed to inhibit new lichen formation. This essential phase prevents the rapid return of lichen, ensuring a longer-lasting clean.

5. Final Inspection and Customer Sign-Off: Upon wrapping up the service, we encouraged the customer to inspect the patio.
