3. Commercial Pressure Washing: Using our high-pressure equipment, we started the cleaning process. The large surface tool worked through the layers of grime and removed approximately 95% of the black lichen staining, reviving much of the patio’s natural look.

4. Application of Soft Wash Solution: After the preliminary cleaning, we applied a specialized solution designed to prevent rapid regrowth. This essential phase keeps organic contaminants at bay, ensuring a more durable finish.
