At Mr Clever Clean, we focus on providing top-notch and reliable exterior cleaning services across the Pontefract area. Recently, a homeowner approached us with gutters clogged with debris. This case study details how we cleared their gutter blockages using our state-of-the-art SkyVac technology, making sure the customer’s property was protected from water damage.

Problems Identified

• Blocked Gutters: The gutters were severely clogged with moss, weeds, and accumulated grime, hindering proper water flow during rainfall.

2. Scheduling and Preparation: We scheduled the cleaning at a suitable date for the customer. On the day of service, we set up our SkyVac system and other necessary equipment.

3. SkyVac Gutter Cleaning: Utilizing our advanced SkyVac and lightweight poles, we were able to access and clean hard-to-reach gutters, eliminating the need for ladder work. The SkyVac system removed all organic material, leaving the gutters completely clear.

4. Inspection with Remote Camera: After cleaning, we carried out a thorough inspection of the gutters using a camera attached to the SkyVac system. This allowed the customer to confirm the cleaning quality and check that everything was done properly.

5. Debris Collection and Composting: We gave the customer the choice to keep the organic material collected from the gutters, as it is a useful addition to compost. The customer opted to keep it for composting.

6. Final Inspection and Customer Sign-Off: After finishing the work, we invited the customer to look over the work. They were pleased with the restored gutters and the newly cleaned gutter system. The customer approved the project, sharing their approval of our service.
