4. Application of Soft Wash Solution: After the first stage of cleaning, we applied a specialized solution designed to prevent rapid regrowth. This important stage prevents the rapid return of lichen, ensuring a more durable finish.

5. Final Inspection and Customer Sign-Off: Upon completing the cleaning process, we encouraged the customer to inspect the patio. They were very pleased with the results and did not see any issues. The customer approved the results, expressing their delight with the transformation.

6. Annual Maintenance Plan: Thrilled with the results, the customer asked for an annual maintenance service. We agreed to return annually to reapply the soft wash solution, keeping the patio’s beautiful look.
