Introduction

At Mr Clever Clean, we focus on providing quality and timely exterior cleaning services across the Enfield Town area. Recently, a client approached us with significant gutter blockages. This project overview details how we resolved their gutter issues using our state-of-the-art SkyVac technology, making sure the customer’s property was protected from water damage.

Challenges Faced

• Blocked Gutters: The gutters were heavily obstructed with organic material, causing drainage problems during rain.

• Water Overflow: The overflow was particularly severe above the conservatory roof and at the rear of the house, resulting in splashes on doors and puddles near the base.

3. SkyVac Gutter Cleaning: Utilizing our advanced SkyVac and lightweight poles, we were able to reach and clear gutters above the conservatory without ladders, without the need for ladders. The SkyVac system cleared out all blockages, guaranteeing the gutters were thoroughly cleaned.

4. Inspection with Remote Camera: After cleaning, we conducted a final review of the gutters using a camera attached to the SkyVac system. This allowed the customer to confirm the cleaning quality and check that everything was done properly.

5. Debris Collection and Composting: We gave the customer the choice to keep the organic material collected from the gutters, as it is suitable for composting. The customer decided to use it for their compost heap.

6. Final Inspection and Customer Sign-Off: After wrapping up, we asked the customer to inspect the gutters. They were pleased with the restored gutters and the restored condition of their gutters. The customer gave us their approval, offering positive feedback.
