Mark Cave began his career on his family’s farm, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the agricultural industry. Transitioning into the horticultural sector, Mark excelled as a sales manager until he was made redundant in 2012. Leveraging support from a job centre scheme and securing funding through Foundation East, a charity-based loan company, he was able to turn his business vision into reality. In 2013, Mark founded Mr Clever Clean LTD, followed by the launch of SoftWash UK LTD in 2015. To this day, Mark continues to lead both companies as Managing Director, driving their success and innovation in the exterior cleaning industry.
Connor Drummond joined Mr Clever Clean in 2016 as a franchisee for the Peterborough territory. Through his dedication and effective management, he successfully grew his franchise, demonstrating exceptional leadership and business acumen. In recognition of his achievements, Connor was promoted to Franchise Manager in 2024. In this role, he continues to contribute to the growth and success of Mr Clever Clean, supporting franchisees and driving the company’s expansion.
